My path has always been one of pattern recognition — in places, systems, bodies, and souls. I began my career as a Sustainable Urban Planner and Data Analyst, building frameworks for equity, ecology, and function in the outer world. But life invited me inward. Over the past decade, I’ve turned my attention toward the inner landscapes — the emotional, somatic, and spiritual patterns that shape who we are and how we relate.

My work now blends astrology, somatics, ritual, and relationship as doorways into deep personal transformation.

With a foundation in yoga (RYT-200 with 300+ hours of training focused on anatomy and 5 Element theory), embodied coaching, reiki, and Authentic Relating, I guide people back to their own knowing — not by offering answers, but by creating space for the right questions to arise.

I’m a Reiki Master, a JourneyDance facilitator, a somatic coach trained through Coaches Rising, and a devoted student of shadow work and rites of passage. I’ve spent nearly 10 years studying the body, astrology, archetypes, emotional integration, and nature-based wisdom traditions.

Whether we’re working through your birth chart, unwinding stored stories in your body, or dropping into tea and ritual space, my intention is always the same: to help you return to your wholeness and to honor the cyclical nature of your becoming.
